TOS for Commissions
GENERAL

● By commissoning me or by purchasing an adopt you agree to these terms.
● Do not use my artworks and adopts as NFT.
● Do not use my artworks and adopts for AI.
● I have the right to upload the commission or adopts to my galleries and use it for Patreon, Boosty etc
(I can make private commissions, but it will cost more +90% of the whole price).
● Please include credit to my profile, if you repost my artworks or adopts.
● I reserve the right to not accept your commission order without any reason.ABOUT PROCESS

● We think of the idea and discuss it together, you can send me references.
● I work with WIPs, which will be sent to you in a Gmail or Discord.
● Any changes can be applied at the Sketch step, after confirming the sketch, I only correct my mistakes. Edits after the Sketch step with an additional fee.
● Deadline up to 6 months.
● I prefer artist freedom, but I will try to take into account your wishes. I can adjust the palette of your character, I select it according to the environment and lighting.I will draw: anthros, fan-art, cyborgs, pin-ups, nudity not very detailed armor/weapons.I won't draw: human or humanoid OC, porn, gore, excessive fetishes, extremely detailed characters/clothes/weapons/backgrounds.

● As the owner, you can completely dispose of the character. You can sell, gift and exchange a character at will.
● You can redesign the character.
Price-list
RENDERED COMMISSIONBy default, the commission includes a simple background (both a simple gradient and an uncomplicated background) and render.
Icon - $40 (does not include a background in addition to plain)
Portrait (Bust) - $60 (includes background, shoulder-length format)
Halfbody - $100
Fullbody - $150
+$10 - for a complex character design or the presence of large wings.
+$15 - for additional nudity version (+18)SKETCH/LINE-ART COMMISSIONI don't have a division into Sketch and Line-Art, since they look the same in the end.
Portrait (Bust) - $45 (shoulder-length format)
Halfbody - $60
Fullbody - $80
The cost of the background is discussed separately. Monochrome background is free.Focusing on these prices, you can make a price for a Reference for your character. For example: you want a fullbody front view ($80) + fullbody back view ($80) + portrait ($45). Total: $205.CUSTOM DESIGN - from $150.Please note I have full artistic freedom over these pieces and I ask you to trust me. You give me a small character description in 3-5 sentences (gender, body build (if it is important), the species, the main features of its character and clothing, if you would like to see some specific item of clothing or accessory, weapons).If you don't like most of my designs and you have your own vision of a character that is far from my performance style, please don't choose this option and save your money, because that's the gamble!ABOUT PAYMENT
● Prepayment 70%, the remaining 30% at the end of the work (for commissions).
● I'm okay with split the payment into several parts starting at $300. Please discuss this with me.
● I do not offer any refunds, due to situation in my country.
● I can ask pay Extra for complex armor, complicated design, clothes.
● I accept payment with Boosty (analogue of the Patreon, you can pay here with card or PayPal). I can accept payment on Paypal if the amount exceeds $150, but only in exceptional cases.
